Process
How it works.
From first call to launch, you always know what's being built, who's building it, and what it costs.
- 01
Scope call
Free · 30 min
A 30-minute call about the problem, who uses the product, and what a good outcome looks like.
You talk to an engineer, not a salesperson. Bring whatever you have: a deck, a Figma file, a napkin sketch or nothing at all.
- 02
Proposal
2–4 days
A written scope with milestones, a timeline and a fixed price for each milestone. Nothing is billed until you agree to it.
The proposal says what we'll build, what we won't, and how you'll know each milestone is done.
- 03
Build
Weekly demos
We ship working software every week. You can follow progress in the client portal and try each build as it lands.
Short cycles, real builds on your phone or in your browser, and a shared channel with the people writing the code.
- 04
Launch & support
You own the code
We deploy the product, hand over the code and docs, and stay on call while real users start using it.
You can keep us on afterwards to run and grow the product. That's how the Brologue engagement works today.
Questions people ask first
What happens on the scope call?
Thirty minutes with an engineer. We ask about the problem, the people who'll use the product, and what a good outcome looks like. If we're a fit, you get a written proposal within 2–4 days. If we're not, we'll tell you on the call.
How do you price projects?
Each milestone in the proposal has a fixed price. Nothing is billed until you agree to the proposal, and you're invoiced as milestones are reached.
How do payments work?
Through invoices or Razorpay payment links sent by email after the scope is agreed. We never take payment on this website.
Who owns the code?
You do. You get the repository, the infrastructure and the credentials from day one, and ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on payment.
Do you stay on after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. We stay on call through launch, and you can keep us on to run and grow the product.
Can I send a written brief instead of calling?
Of course. Use the brief form on the Start page and we'll reply within two working days.
Payment and refund details are in our policies.
Start with a call.
Thirty minutes with an engineer. Bring a deck, a Figma file or just the idea. You'll leave with a clear next step either way.
